DMAE is found in human nerve tissue and in certain types of seafood. A precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is widely known to increase the firmness and elasticity of skin, when applied topically.

Recommended usage level

1% to 3% DMAE is completely water soluble.
