I've only been using their products a short period of time, but so far I love it. The customer service and willingness to help when I needed information, was wonderful. When I initially called, I spoke to Alex, and in all honesty he could have sold me just about anything since I didn't know what I need, but he didn't. He suggested a couple of items, which I bought, and when I received my order there were two other good size samples included. If the product is as good as I'm expecting it to be, and has been so far, I'll be using their products for quite a long time. - Donna B in TX
